CLE Credit Programs

Book Mark to speak to your practice!

Many of the public guest speaking programs Mark participates in at universities and nonprofits provide Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for lawyers in attendance. He is also available to lead CLE credit programs for private practices for an industry-standard speaking fee.

As a Supreme Court correspondent based in the District of Columbia, Mark is a close observer of the justices and their work—including the court’s controversial “shadow docket” and its latest decisions. Seminar topics can be tailored to suit your specific needs and interests: a discussion focused on the Supreme Court, state courts, or legislation in your state. Mark loves nothing more than to rekindle excitement about the law, examining contemporary jurisprudence and legal news through a critical lens. No topic is off limits.

Mark’s CLE for our group was truly outstanding, the best we’ve had by a wide margin. His encyclopedic knowledge of the Supreme Court is matched only by his incredibly entertaining and witty presentation style. The combination made for a perfect session and loud demands for his return.

Our bar association invited Mark to discuss the US Supreme Court’s shadow docket. Mark was engaging and extremely knowledgeable about SCOTUS. One of our audience members said “I could have listened to his insights all day.”
